Learning Abled Kids' HomeSchool Survey

My Master's Degree Project is focusing on home schooling children with specific learning disabilities. I homeschool my children with learning difficulties, and this is where my passion lies.

My Master's Degree project will be to DEVELOP a training opportunity for parents who are home schooling children with specific learning disabilities. Therefore, the survey asks some demographic info, but it's MAIN purpose is to determine interest in training opportunities, what opportunities people might like, and how they would like the training presented. If you have any interest in some kind of training related to home schooling your child, it is a good opportunity to let the world know what your interests are. I will be seeking publication of the study.

I would appreciate any home schooling parent whose child struggles with reading, writing, and/or mathematics completing this survey. I've created a survey that gathers NO personally identifiable information about you or your children. There are 17 multiple choice / short answer questions, and the survey will only take a few minutes to complete (I wanted to make it "fast" too, so it won't take much of your time).

There is a VERY BRIEF registration process to insure that people only answer the survey once. The program "verifies" participants by asking for your email address, but the email address is ONLY used to send you a unique Survey link and to avoid duplicate survey takers. NO ONE will have access to your email address and it will not be used for anything other than participation in this survey. The automated form also asks for your name, but that is also only used in the email sent with your unique link.

NOTE, there is a field that shows up in the software titled "MSProject" - You can ignore it COMPLETELY!! (I have no idea why it is even there.. the software just generated it.)

I will be happy to share the totalled results of the survey, and hope we can all benefit from knowing more.
