IDEA Practices is an excellent site for rapidly locating sections of the Federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Content is indexed by section number or topic, and includes a Glossary of Definitions and Acronyms.
IDEA Practices also contains information on litigations which can be beneficial in reviewing circumstances surrounding specific cases. The Professional Development Resources section has invaluable information and resources for a wide variety of special education topics including assessments, assistive technology, special education services, behavior and discipline, inclusion, IEPs, and disability-specific resources.
